The project involved the comprehensive development and manufacturing of an assembly fixture designed for stable clamping and precise positioning of components during assembly and riveting processes. The scope of work began with the preparation of a CAD design in the SolidWorks environment, taking into account the individual project requirements and operator ergonomics. As part of the implementation, components were manufactured using 3D printing technology with high-strength materials, while additional parts were prepared using laser cutting and CNC bending technologies. The structure was complemented with welded elements and protected with powder coating. The project was completed with the assembly and fitting of all components, resulting in a durable and functional solution that improves workflow efficiency and increases the repeatability of operations.
