Ventilation and heating system controller

The project involved the development of a controller responsible for managing the ventilation system and heating mats used in a chamber maintaining a constant temperature of 25°C. The solution was designed according to the client’s requirements and enables stable control of system operating parameters while maintaining appropriate conditions inside the chamber. As part of the implementation, an SMD PCB design was developed together with the selection of fans and heating mats adapted to the client’s device construction. Dedicated control software was also created to manage system operation, temperature control, and communication between individual components. The project also included SMD assembly of electronic components as well as EMC and ROHS testing to verify proper operation and compliance with technical requirements.
