Power supply modules for plant monitoring systems

The project involved the development and manufacturing of power supply modules designed for a plant parameter monitoring system. The solution was created according to the client’s requirements and is responsible for converting 230 V mains voltage, stabilizing it, and safely supplying 12 V-powered devices. As part of the implementation, an electronic circuit design was prepared together with mounting components adapted to the client’s construction requirements. The modules were designed with a focus on reliable operation, proper component cooling, and convenient installation within the target system. The project also included the manufacturing of structural components using laser cutting and CNC bending technologies, followed by powder coating for surface protection. The entire solution was complemented with dedicated control software responsible for the proper operation of the system and monitoring of power supply parameters.
